Initial lead
Your first point of contact with Roots Handyman Services is through a phone call, an email, or our website. A few questions will be asked to give us an overview of your project.

Site Visit
You will receive a response from us to schedule an initial on-site visit. This on-site visit will allow us to assess the project location, gather necessary information, and ensure alignment between your vision and the site's conditions before proceeding with the project.

Scope of Work Email
You will receive an email from us within one business day after your Site Visit. A second email will be sent that will outline the project objectives, timeline, and proposed solutions tailored to your specific needs, ensuring clarity and alignment moving forward.

Quote
We will provide you with a detailed and comprehensive quote once the scope of work has been agreed upon. You will have the option to accept, decline, or make changes to this quote.

Quote Acceptance
We will be notified if you accept the quote.

Deposit Payment
Upon acceptance of the quote, we'll request a deposit payment to secure your project slot, begin purchasing materials, and schedule any necessary resources, ensuring a smooth start to your construction project.

Schedule
Once the deposit is received, we'll schedule your project, coordinating timelines, resources, and subcontractors (if required) to ensure efficient progress and timely completion of your construction project.

Order Materials
With your project scheduled, we'll proceed to order necessary materials, working to have them delivered on time and in accordance with the project timeline to avoid delays and maintain progress

Start Project
Your project will begin on the scheduled start date. Progress pictures and updates will be given to the customer daily.

Complete Project
As we near the completion of your project, we will conduct a final walk-though to ensure all aspects of the project meet your satisfaction and any remaining items are addressed. Once your project is complete, the final invoice will be sent to you via email.

Review / Feedback
After the final payment has been received, we'll send you a feedback email to gather your thoughts and comments on the project, ensuring we continue to improve our services and meet your expectations in future projects.
